What does it really cost?
Your account and every user on it are free, and there is no subscription. Every organisation starts with 7 free days, after which it costs 50 € per month, debited from your prepaid credit - you top up whenever you like, get a proper invoice for every top-up, and credit never expires. If it runs low, we tell you in time. If a charge ever can’t be covered, the organisation is simply paused: all data stays put, and your next top-up puts it right back to work.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every new organisation starts with 7 days free - nothing paid upfront, no credit needed. It is not a sandbox either: it is your real organisation, so everything you build during the trial week stays yours. Start it with sample data if you want to click through every module first. Only after the 7 days does the 50 € come off your credit - and if there is none, the organisation is simply paused.
Do co-founders, my team or my accountant cost extra?
No. Users are free and unlimited. Invite anyone to any of your organisations and control exactly what they see with per-module permissions for sales, accounting and inventory.
