Beckon Billing: delete your account
You can have your Beckon Billing account deleted at any time, without reinstalling the app.
In the app
Open the Beckon Billing app, tap "More", then "My account", and "Delete account" at the bottom. To confirm, enter your password or your name.
In the portal
Sign in at https://portal.beckonbilling.com, open the "My Account" page via the account icon in the top right, and choose "Delete account" there.
By email
Write to us with the subject "Delete account" and the email address you sign in with. We will confirm your request.
What is deleted
Your user account and every organisation you own, with its customers, documents and settings. Memberships in other organisations end, and paired devices are unpaired. This cannot be undone.
What is kept
Invoice and accounting records that we are required by law to keep stay stored until the end of the retention period (seven years in Austria).
